Used Product — 50% Refund

If you have used the product and decide it is not suitable for you, please contact us within 60 days at support@myvelaya.com.

We will refund 50% of your original payment method. You may keep the product and do not need to send it back. No return shipping. No hassle. No questions asked.

Unused Product — Full Refund

If the product is still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, please contact us within 60 days for a full refund.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process your refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Product

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@myvelaya.com.

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No waiting period.

Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to start this process.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
